Happy 2006!
Well, it's a new year and things are in full swing again! AmandaMarks Business Solutions is dedicated to helping
clients build their business by providing a broader range of Web services, and an improved product.
On a personal note, I'd like to share that I have a new baby girl to celebrate life with - little Sarah April - she's actually half a year old now and becoming quite the handful!
Ah, the joys of life when you have so much going on between the Lord, family, friends and work!
On a professional note, AmandaMarks Business Solutions is currently working on the following for 2006:
- New articles and resources to add to the site for your benefit. If you have a suggestion, please let me know!
- Expanded services, including HTML newsletter templates that actually render in all major email clients including AOL and Hotmail, new e-commerce offerings including
Mals-e and OptionCart integration, and online marketing tools including Aweber and IntelliContact to help your business grow.
Client Happenings...
Winter 2006
- AmandaMarks is working with the Trinity Historical Society to design print material for a new project the society is working on. The project includes the design of
a tri-fold brochure, post cards, producer cards, business cards and a logo.
- Andrea Cannavina of LegalTypist will soon be launching a newly designed site for Law Firm Solutions. Andrea has many plans for expanding her business, and AmandaMarks is happy to
be on board to help Andrea make her goals a reality.
- AmandaMarks is working with Suzanne Hiscock of FitWatch to provide custom Web templates for her health venture, FitWatch, and the companion product,
Fitness Tracker. The new design for FitWatch was launched during October, and can be viewed by visiting www.fitwatch.com. We are now
working together to produce a new template for the Fitness Tracker online system to be launched during January of 2006!
- Laura Marshall of relationshipgarden.com will soon have a new Web site and overall look for her company, including print material and a new corporate logo. The site is to be launched during February 2006.
- Sid Cox of Marine Lighting Systems Ltd. will soon have a new, e-commerce enabled Web site for lightsforboats.com. Plans to launch the site are underway and a launch should take place during February 2006.
Summer & Fall 2005
- The Heritage Foundation for Terra Nova National Park has a new Web site featuring all the wonderful projects the foundation is involved in. Read all about

- The Christian Dance Fellowship of Canada has a new web site to provide information about CDF Canada, as well as how to join, a photo gallery, and more. Visit

- Elaine Shannon of Organization Plus came to me looking for a new design that would showcase her high energy attitude and her motivation to get
people to get organized! ElaineShannon.com has reveived a tremendous amount of posibive feedback, and Elaine says
that already people are remembering her from her Web site!
Winter & Spring - 2005
- We are so pleased to be working with the Global Day Of Prayer - Calgary committee on a new Web site. The committee needs an informative and interesting
web site where they can post links, event information, pictures and lots of other useful details. Visit the new

- Denise Hill and Angela Boorah of Divine Design Creative Services now have a new Web site and corporate image for Divine Design Creative Services. AmandaMarks designed their Web site, logo and business
card to give them the highe energy look they wanted. Visit DDCS online at www.divintepresskits.ca.
I am extremely pleased to be working with Denise and Angela because they help upcoming musicians and artists market themselves more effectively, and they share in the Christian faith just as I do. They often
work with Christian artists and I hope to assist them with these projects more often in the future - it would be a real blessing!
- Moton Networks, a newly formed company based out of St. John's, Newfoundland, has a new Web site, logo and business card. You can visit them at www.motionnetworks.ca.
- Alison Lumbatis of Ava Claire Designs now has a professional design for her very cute web site featuring hand made baby and children items. Alison wanted something colorful, cheerful and whimsy; while at the same

- Peggy Porter's new book is now in print! It was a great joy to work with Peggy by providing proofreading and editing services, and helping her book - YumMe MumMe Makeover - become a reality. We also developed a new web site for Peggy's coaching
services - www.seekingbalance.ca launched during December of 2004.
Summer 04
- Dorinda Young of Central Uniforms now has an exciting new Web site that she actively uses as a marketing tool and online catalogue for her clients. Visit her site at www.centraluniforms.net. We
wish Dorinda much success with the addition of her online marketing strategy!
- The Town of Glovertown has a new municipal Web site launched during the summer of 2004. This was Glovertown's 50th anniversary celebrations and they needed a new look for their Web site, along with several new features to provide both residents and visitors. The Web site includes a
photo gallery, an events calendar and a business directory. Visit the town's Web site at www.glovertown.net.
Spring 04
- Terra Nova Industries Limited (TNIL) has a new identity for print and Web. We worked with TNIL to create a logo, brochure and Web site that they are using as part of their international marketing strategy. Visit their Web site at www.terranovaindustries.com.
- We launched two unique Web sites for local tourism operators - www.noahsonthepoint.com and www.splashnputtcabins.com. Both sites feature great properties in the Glovertown area, and both clients
wanted to have professional looking Web sites that highlighted the features of their facilities. Pat Oldford, GM of Noah's On The Point is extremely pleased with the end result, and plans to add to the Noah's Web site as the property is expanded. Look for updates during spring of 2005!
- The Virtual Museum of Labrador was launched during April of 2004 and was a very important even for everyone involved with the project. We are very pleased with the end result, and would definitely do it all over again if given the opportunity!
