Options on this visit can include a tour of the Ryan Premises National Historic Site; Ye Matthew Legacy; and the Cape Bonavista Lighthouse. Port Union is the only union built town in North America and home of Sir William Coaker, founder of the fishermen's protective union - come and explore this historic district. Trinity is home to the annual 'Summer in Bight Theatre Festival' and home to the province's professional theatre company, Rising Tide Theatre. On a guided tour we can arrange a visit to all of Trinity's historic sites including the Lester-Garland Premises; Green Family Forge & the Trinity Museum. Explore the peninsula's other rural communities located along many of the side routes including Elliston, Random Island; Lethbridge & King's Cove - these are a photographer's dream. It is here that you will experience whale watching at its' best where the great humpback and iceberg cross paths. Be sure to allow yourself time to hike one of many 17th Century Footpaths including the award winning Skerwink Trail located in Trinity East / Port Rexton.
